Reflection about different methods

Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages, the thing is to know very well when and how to apply them. It is also important to know very well the characteristics of the group you are teaching in order to understand the best way they learn.

Communicative teaching learning is one of the methods I would choose to apply in my classes, because it develops the speaking ability in a real context which is absolutely necessary nowadays in our globalize world.
One of the problems of this methods, is that English teacher not always speak English during their classes, using most of the time the mother tongue language; as I could realized in my recent practices. It is a petty, that this situation is being repeated in many schools of our country, I hope the new law related to increase the number of hours in the English subject tent to improve English language acquisition in Chile.
The suggestopedia method could also be useful to be applied in big groups, in order to make students feel more comfortable, relaxed and self-confident; moreover, in these days when we see our students being more aggressive and fighting more.

I love the objects you bring, it was different, because most of the time we just show images, but not real things!

    What you should improve?
Move more around the classroom, and monitor the students
